Refund Policy

[ Change and Cancel Class Time ] 

 

Flexible Class Rescheduling: Up to 24 Hours in Advance

To change or cancel a class, simply notify us at least 24 hours before the original class start time. For example, if your class is scheduled for 10 a.m. on January 2nd, contact our administrator by 10 a.m. on January 1st.

​

Please note that if you reach out within 24 hours of the class start time or after the scheduled class, rescheduling will not be possible, and the class will be counted as completed.

​

You may reschedule your class for any available time slot. For major schedule changes, feel free to discuss options directly with your tutor.

[ Cancel Registration ]

1. Mid-Term Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

If you choose to cancel your registration and request a refund after paying tuition fees (via credit card, Venmo, e-Transfer, account transfer, etc.), a refund fee of $25 per payment will be applied. The final refund amount is calculated by deducting the refund fee from the existing tuition fee and taking into account the number of remaining classes. As a result, the refunded amount may be smaller than the tuition fee initially paid.

However, if the registration is canceled due to eTutor On the Go's inability to provide teaching or content, the refund fee will be waived, and a refund will be issued based on the number of remaining classes.

​

*Refund fees may still apply even if no classes have been held after the tuition fee payment.

2. No Extension for Re-Registration

 

For monthly (4-week) renewing classes, please contact the administrator 48 hours before the upcoming payment date if you wish to unsubscribe. This will ensure no additional payments are made after the cancellation.

Refund Procedure

To unsubscribe from classes that are updated every month (4 weeks), please let us know 48 hours before the upcoming payment date. We will help you not to make additional payments.
 

  • Please contact us through 1:1 inquiry on the homepage, Kakao Channel (@finpaltech), e-mail (admin@finpalgroup.com), or Customer Center 02) 6746-8788 / 02) 6746-8777.

  • If you pay with a credit card, it may take 7 to 14 days from the cancellation date to the refund according to the credit card company's regulations.

환불 규정

​

[수업 시간 변경 및 취소]

​

수업 시간 변경 및 취소는 기존 수업 시작 시간 기준 24시간 전까지 가능합니다.

예) 1월 2일 오전 10시 수업의 경우, 1월 1일 오전 10시까지 관리자에게 연락을 주시면 됩니다.

 

수업 시작 24간 전 ~ 수업 시간, 또는 예약된 시간 이후 연락을 주시는 경우 일정 변경이 불가능하며 수업 횟수가 차감됩니다. 

 

수업 시간 변경은 마감되지 않은 시간대에 한하여 가능하며, 정기 수업의 전체 요일 변경을 원하 실 경우 선생님과 일정 협의 후 가능합니다.

[등록 취소]

​

  1. 중도 해지 시

​

수강료 납입 (신용카드, Venmo, e-Transfer, 계좌이체 등) 후 등록 취소 등으로 환불 요청 시, 결제 건 당 $25의 *환불 수수료가 발생합니다. 최종 환불금액은 기존 납입 수강료에서 환불 수수료 공제 후 잔여 수업 횟수를 일할 계산하여 산정되며, 이에 따라 환불액은 납입한 교습비 보다 금액이 적거나 없을 수 있습니다.

​

다만 eTutor On the GO에서 교습을 할 수 없거나 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 없게 되어 등록 취소를 하게 된 경우 별도의 수수료는 부과되지 않으며, 잔여 수업 횟수를 일할 계산한 금액으로 환불됩니다.
 

*수강료 납입 후 수업을 1회 이상 진행하지 않은 경우라도 환불 수수료는 발생할 수 있습니다.​

  2. 재등록 미연장 시

​

매월(4주 단위) 갱신되는 수업의 구독을 취소하시려면 다가오는 결제일 48시간 전 말씀해 주세요. 취소 신청일 이후 추가 결제가 진행되지 않도록 도와드리겠습니다.

  • 환불 및 구독 취소 문의는 홈페이지 1:1 문의, 카카오 채널(@finpaltech), email(admin@finpalgroup.com), 혹은 고객센터 02) 6746-8788 또는 02) 6746-8777로 연락 주시면 확인 후 처리해 드리겠습니다.

  • 신용카드로 결제하신 경우 취소일로부터 환불까지 카드사 규정에 따라 7-14일 가량 소요될 수 있습니다.
